High school graduates can receive Vocational Training at Cognis in Germany. Even during your studies, you may have an opportunity to start working for Cognis through a national or international Internship and Thesis . Graduates and Young Professionals can dive right in at Cognis and are supported and challenged through on-the-job training.

Introductory Events, currently at Cognis Germany
Within the first week at Cognis, you will be participating in the introductory events. We show you around the company, as well as the site, and take you on a tour of the entire plant. During a meal together, you will meet members of the top management.

Cognis Orientation Seminar (Europe)
The Cognis Orientation Seminar is an international initiative that provides future managers with deep insights into the strategies of our businesses, communicates the main principles of our culture, and initiates the networking process. In presentations, simulations, and group exercises, you will receive a complete overview of the important core business issues regarding Cognis.

Cognis Onboarding (NAFTA)
Similar to the Cognis Orientation Seminar the Onboarding Training targets to give its new employees an overview about the business, including an introduction on Cognis Performance Tool TOP and the structure of American business.
